Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders from TinyStar Books, operated by No Worries! Lifestyle, LLC. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

All sales are final

Every book is custom-made from the photo and details you provide and cannot be resold, so all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or details that were entered incorrectly at checkout. Please review your order details carefully before you pay. The only exception is for defective items, described below.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items

If your book arrives damaged or defective, or we made an error (for example, the wrong book or a printing fault), we will make it right at no cost to you — we will reprint and reship it, or issue a full refund. Contact us at support@tinystarbooks.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Digital books

Digital (PDF) books, including standalone digital books and digital add-ons, are final sale and non-refundable once purchased because each personalized file is custom-made and cannot be returned. If you have a technical problem accessing a digital download, contact us and we will help.

How to report a problem

  1. Email support@tinystarbooks.com with your order number and clear photos of the defect, damage, or error.
  2. We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
  3. Please do not ship anything back unless we ask you to.

Refund processing

When we approve a refund for a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we issue the full amount — including any shipping you paid — to your original payment method within about 5-10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Because production begins soon after you order, we can only cancel an order before production starts. If you need to cancel, contact support@tinystarbooks.com as soon as possible and we will cancel and fully refund the order if production has not yet begun.
