This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders from TinyStar Books, operated by No Worries! Lifestyle, LLC.

Free shipping over $75

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. For orders of $75 or less, shipping is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Every book is personalized and made to order, so it is produced before it ships. Orders are typically produced within about 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation when your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes about 5-8 business days. Your total time to receive an order is the production time plus the delivery time. Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, your location, and busy periods.

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. Available shipping options and any costs are shown at checkout based on your address.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a confirmation with tracking where available so you can follow its progress.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your order is significantly delayed, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@tinystarbooks.com with your order number and we will help. Damaged or defective items are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.

International orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
