If the book is wrong, we'll make it right.
A custom book should still feel like your child. If the finished book looks wrong, arrives damaged, or has a defect, reply to your order email within 30 days of delivery and TinyStar will work with you on a redo or refund.
What is covered
The guarantee is for real problems: a damaged book, a defect, the wrong item, or a finished book that does not match the child well enough. Because each book is custom-made, change-of-mind refunds are not available after printing starts.
How do I ask for help?
Reply to your order email within 30 days of delivery. Include what is wrong and any helpful photos if the book arrived damaged or defective.
