Is my child's photo safe?
Yes. Your photo is uploaded securely and used only to create your book. It isn't sold or shared, and it's handled according to our Privacy Policy.
How does the illustration work?
We use your photo and the details you share to create a recognizable child character and an original story. The story can gently frame big childhood topics — courage, kindness, change, new siblings, school days, trying again — through reading together. You can also add an optional occasion theme, like a birthday or Christmas, or an adventure theme in the extras, and we'll gently weave it into the story. We check every page for quality and safety before anything is printed. Because each book is created uniquely, small imperfections can occur and results vary from order to order.
What if something looks off?

How long does it take?
The board book typically arrives within about 1–2 weeks. If you added the digital PDF, we'll email it to you before the book arrives. We'll email you along the way.
Can I add the digital PDF after I order?
No — the digital PDF can only be added while you're placing your order. If you'd like it, tick “Add the digital PDF edition” in the order form before you check out, and we'll email it to you before the printed book arrives.
What ages is it for?
The board books are made for little hands — best for ages 1–6.
What's your refund policy?
If the finished book doesn't look like your child, or anything arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll redo it or refund you — just reply to your order email within 30 days of delivery. Because every book is custom-made, we can't refund a simple change of mind after printing starts, so double-check your details before you pay.
